Best panettone in the world 2021
The Panettone World Championship 2021 is organised by the International Federation of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate (FIPGC) to decree the best panettone in the world. It will take place on October 14th in Rome in the Renaissance setting of Palazzo Pallavicini Rospigliosi situated on the Quirinal Hill.
ISA is one of the sponsors of this prestigious competition as official partner of the International Federation Of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate.
Many participants from all over the world will take part to the competition in compliance with the distancing rules required by Covid emergency. The jury will consist of 10 pastry world champions.
Candidates can try their hand at one of the following categories:
- Best classic panettone in the world 2021
- Best innovative panettone in the world 2021
- Best decorated panettone in the world 2021
- Best gluten free panettone in the world 2021
FIPGC also promotes competitions and contests where many participants from all over the world take part and where the excellence of each sector is awarded . Thus, the winner will get a reward that certifies his/her professional value.
